To view your image, you can use any of these three simple methods:

1. Eye observation – Hold the pendant/ornament close to your eye and look through the centre lens toward a light source. The photo will appear inside the lens.
   
2. Light projection – Shine a small light (e.g. phone flashlight) through the back of the lens onto a wall or surface to project the image.
   
3. Camera shot – Open your phone camera, switch to the main/wide lens and point it at the front of the lens to see and photograph the image clearly.

For best results, view in a bright environment and use a clear, well-lit, centred photo when ordering.

This necklace is custom-made to order using your own photo, so we’re generally unable to accept returns for change of mind or for errors in the photo or details provided at checkout.
