To view your image, you can use any of these three simple methods:

1. Eye observation – Hold the pendant/ornament close to your eye and look through the centre lens toward a light source. The photo will appear inside the lens.
   
2. Light projection – Shine a small light (e.g. phone flashlight) through the back of the lens onto a wall or surface to project the image.
   
3. Camera shot – Open your phone camera, switch to the main/wide lens and point it at the front of the lens to see and photograph the image clearly.

For best results, view in a bright environment and use a clear, well-lit, centred photo when ordering.

If your ornament arrives damaged, faulty or with the wrong photo, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We may ask for clear photos, and once we confirm the issue, we will organise a replacement or a refund.

Because each ornament is custom made with your photo, we cannot usually accept returns for change of mind, spelling errors or if the wrong image was uploaded. Please double check your details before placing your order.
